Sales Enablement Specialist

What We Need

The NetBrain Sales Enablement team is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and presentation skills. We need a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment who is passionate about training/enabling others and helping to drive a world-class sales organization. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with creating and delivering enablement programs, influencing others, and incorporating feedback into new programs. This is a remote opportunity with East Coast hours 9am-5pm EST. 

 

The Impact You’ll Make

Reporting to Sales Enablement Manager, the Sales Enablement Specialist will be an integral member of the Sales Enablement team providing training and enablement programs to the Global Enterprise Sales team as well as channel partners. This role will continually strive to improve Sales and Partners’ ability to sell NetBrain products as well as proposing solutions to senior management.

 

What You’ll Do

  • You will develop, manage, and deliver sales enablement programs for sales team, partners, and members of other customer facing teams
  • Scale delivery of enablement to a global team through innovative use of tools and platforms facilitating in-person and virtual classrooms
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance
  • Design and deliver sales programs to onboard new salespeople and continuously train existing sales organization
  • Evaluating, implementing, and supporting sales enablement technologies, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, content management systems, and sales analytics tools
  • Ensuring seamless integration and adoption of sales enablement tools across the sales organization
  • Leverage data to assess performance of sales personnel to determine need for additional training
  • Partner with sales management to ensure effectiveness and retention of enablement
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Post-Sales teams to develop world-class content
  • Gather feedback from sales teams on a regular basis to continuously improve enablement programs
  • Some travel may be required

 

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience providing sales training and broader sales enablement programs supporting inside and field SaaS sales organizations
  • Experience successfully developing, implementing, executing, and measuring impactful sales enablement programs that are aligned with the vision of the organization
  • Experience with variety of enablement methodologies (presentation, role plays, coaching) to maximize retention of delivered content
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with technology enterprise selling
  • Ability to quickly learn the variety of solutions and services, target customer personas and business processes
  • Ability to think out-of-box and adapt and adjust quickly

 

 

What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $90,000 - $115,000 + Bonus & Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
