NetBrain Technologies, creator of the industry’s first Operating System for the Total Network, today announced they will unveil the latest version of their flagship product, NetBrain® Enterprise Edition (EE) 6.0, at Cisco Live! in San Diego June 7-11, 2015. Enterprise Edition 6.0 continues to deliver on the company’s vision for transforming the way enterprise networks are managed with innovative automation and mapping technology. This latest release represents a significant breakthrough in network automation by leveraging NetBrain’s new network apps called Qapps™.
The new technology brings an improved visual programming environment to automate virtually any type of network task. By writing apps, engineers can automate with much more agility and power as compared to the standard method of using scripts. This release solidifies NetBrain’s position as a platform for automating network documentation, troubleshooting diagnoses, and change verification. Enterprise Edition 6.0 is expected to become commercially available on August 1, 2015 for new customers.
Along with advancements in the Qapp visual programming technology, NetBrain Enterprise Edition 6.0 brings several other significant enhancements:
