Lingping Gao founded NetBrain Technologies in 2004 with a mission to simplify network management. Prior to founding NetBrain, Mr. Gao was the Chief Network Architect at Thomson Financial, where he managed the complexities of large enterprise networks and experienced the challenges of maintaining network performance. Mr. Gao has experience within multiple areas of business, including management, engineering and international business within the networking, software and automotive industries. Mr. Gao holds a BS and a BA in Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University and an MS in Engineering from Yale University.
Paul Russo is a Wireless Solutions Architect at Technologent and an experienced IT professional with a strong background in incident and resource management. He brings expertise in enterprise data center technologies, monitoring, and process optimization. Known for his ability to excel in high-stress, time-sensitive environments, Paul consistently delivers reliable and efficient solutions. Paola is a Senior Network Analyst specializing in Telecom Transport Planning & Design, with a strong focus on driving innovation through technology and process improvement. She has extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing network infrastructures, from LAN/WAN configurations to leading major network migrations. Paola holds both a PMP (PMI) and CCNP certification, combining advanced networking expertise with project management excellence. Passionate about aligning network strategies with business goals, she is dedicated to building scalable, reliable solutions that prepare organizations for the future.
Jason Smith leverages over three decades of engineering expertise across networking, security, virtualization, and systems engineering to drive infrastructure innovation at Connecticut Online Computer Center (COCC), a leading FinTech company. After building his career in consulting, he joined COCC in 2011 before accepting a full-time Senior Network Engineer role in January 2013. Recognizing the need for strategic network planning, he helped establish COCC's Network Architecture group in 2015. Currently, Jason is helping establish the company's Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) group, applying his diverse infrastructure expertise to enhance system reliability and operational excellence.

He brings deep expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale network management and automation solutions. Sai partners with customers, sales teams, and vendors to deliver innovative, best-practice frameworks that enhance performance and efficiency. His leadership spans large-scale transitions, architecture evolution, and the deployment of next-generation tools across multiple regions.
Jason Chan leads the Network, Collaboration & Observability Services Value Team, which provides foundational products and services in support of Merck’s global network, and how our customers connect and collaborate. His 25yr+ career has spanned across multiple industries, inclusive of pure technology companies, large conglomerates, and hospitality. As the leader of the Austin Tech Center, Jason plays a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, fostering community both internally and externally, and growing Merck’s presence and brand in the Austin metropolitan area. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He resides in Cedar Park, Texas with his wife, two daughters, and seven pets. In his free time, he plays recreational ice hockey.

Song Pang has served as the Vice President of Support and Services for NetBrain since 2016. He is responsible for ensuring our customers are successful in deploying, adopting, and realizing value out of the NetBrain product through Technical Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Prior to NetBrain Mr. Pang worked for Stroud International, a management consulting firm, where he focused on partnering with operations leadership teams in opportunity identification, results delivery, and designing improvement frameworks. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
