Golden Assessment
The Golden Assessment feature is introduced to streamline the process of discovering the network features and corresponding Golden Config by reducing reverse engineering time for all features. It standardizes configuration processes, improves accuracy, and helps network teams work more efficiently by automating feature discovery (reference device) and implementation across the infrastructure.
The Golden Assessment feature will enable users to define Golden Rules, compare the configuration of a set of devices with a reference device and view the results in the dashboard. In the Golden Assessment, you shall create and associate the Reference Cluster and Assessment Rule with each other under an Assessment Feature in the following sequence:
- Define Reference Cluster
- Create an Assessment Feature
- Define Assessment Rule
- Use the Assessment Library for continuous assessment
