Power Users Define TAF with AI Insight

You can specify the data to be sent from 3rd party system to AI and how the map in the results will be created.

Pre-requisites

Pre-requisites must be met for a 3rd party IT system to trigger automation with AI.

  1. The 3rd party IT system must have been configured and integrated with the NetBrain system.
  2. Quota for AI usage is available, with the Enabled AI option enabled for the current domain and tenant in AI System Setting.
  3. The respective automation resources (golden intent, ADT intent, golden config, etc.) are enabled in Insight Manager.

Use Flow

Follow the steps for power users to define the new flow:

  1.  Define settings in AI Insight.
  2. (Optional) Merge the incidents that come in within a certain period of time to prevent triggering automations repeatedly for the same event.
  3. Incident Portal. Enable this option to allow external users to access an incident and join the troubleshooting process.
  4. (Ongoing) Maintain automation resources in Insight Manager.
