Ticket Analysis for AI

Ticket Analysis for AI allows you to import tickets for Large Language Model (LLM) to analyze and categorize them by ticket type, also summarize the troubleshooting steps for each ticket type into a knowledge document and insight prompt, which can be published and leveraged in AI insight. 

User Flow

Follow the steps to run analysis on ticket data, and publish AI-summarized troubleshooting steps and AI-generated insight prompts.

  1. Run Batch Analysis on ticket data. AI will analysis the tickets, group them and generate knowledge documents and insight prompts.
  2. View Ticket Types. You can view the ticket types classified by AI, and the knowledge documents and prompts.
  3. Publish Prompts and Knowledge Documents
