Run Batch Analysis


  1. Open Ticket Analysis for AI.  Click the start menu, navigate to AI > Ticket Analysis for AI
  2. Upload a CVS file containing ticket data.
  3. Select relevant headers for ticket fields.
  4. Run batch analysis. The LLM will analysis the selected ticket fields, categorize tickets by ticket types, and generate ticket variables, knowledge documents and prompts.
