For each category of the incoming API call from the Integrated IT Systems, TAF will further classify them into NetBrain Incident types.
To define an Incident type:
1.Define basic settings, including the condition to put an API call into this Incident type.
2.Define incident merging settings, including the signature variables to decide whether merge the API call into an existing Incident or create a new Incident.
3.Define the incident message and Guidebook, which will be displayed in the Incident Pane.
