Here are more operations in the AI Insight tab.
 

• Export the response to a Word file.
• Manage prompts.

  • Save or edit the prompt.
    • Click  to edit the prompt. You can edit and re-send it.
        
    • Click  to save the prompt. (See Manage Prompts for more details.)
  • Draw maps with extracted devices from the AI Insight results or the matched network intents (if no devices could be extracted from AI Insight).  
    
    
  • View related maps from ADT(). The devices will be matched against the ADT device column to identify a row. When a row is matched, the system will list the maps contained in the ADT’s map column. You can click a map to view it.
  • Alert Drilldown. You can decide whether to enable the Alert Drilldown option before sending the initial prompt. Once it's turned on, the LLM will break down alerts found into more sub-questions for deeper analysis.
    
    
  • New Insight. If you want to ask a question outside the current context, you need to click New Insight to start a new session. For example, if users ask the LLM to summarize the previous results for certain devices, they need to start a new session to inquire about unreachable hosts across the network.
