Chatbot
Chatbot allows power users to build interactive, multi-step chatbots, so end users can execute multiple intent-based automation to solve real-world challenges without accessing NetBrain system UI. Using a chatbot doesn’t require NetBrain know-how or any seat license.
Compared to ChatBot for Microsoft Teams, this chatbot has no dependencies on Microsoft Teams, can run intent based on the upstream result, and has much higher useability with its flowchart-based definition.
