Create Chatbot with Bot Wizard

Bot Wizard allows power users to create a chatbot through Intent Template or Automation Data Table with simple and quick steps.

Basic Steps

Choose either of the methods to create a chatbot:

Click the start menu

, select Intent-Based Automation > Chatbot Manager, and click +Add Bot.

	Note: Accessing the Chatbot Manager requires the Chatbot Management privilege enabled in the System Privilege. These roles by default have the Chatbot Management privilege: Domain Admin, Power User, and Engineer.

In the Create Bot window, enter the Bot Name.
Select one of the methods:
- Select Automation Data Table. Click Start. See Create Chatbot from ADT for details.
- Select Intent Template. Click Start. See Create Chatbot from Intent Template for details.
- Select Blank Canvas. Click Start. See Create Chatbot in Full Editor for details.
