Use Task Variables in Intent Definition

Once task variables are defined, you can use and assign values for them in the intent definition.

1. On the Task Variable tab, click Select Task Variables.
    
2. You can select the required task variables based on group in the Select Task Variables dialog.
   

   Note: Only the task variables selected on the Task Variables tab can be used in intent diagnosis. And such task variables can be called in home intent and all its follow-up intents where the variables are used.

3. Click OK after selecting the task variables.
4. In the Define Diagnosis tab, the selected task variables are displayed for you to use.
    
5. (Optional) You can add Set Variable logic to assign value for the selected task variables.
   1. Add Set Variable logic.
      
      
   2. Select a task variable and assign value for it.

• Set Intent Variable
• Email
• CSV Report
