Define Task Variable

  1. Enter the NI Edit Mode, and click the  icon and select Task Variable.

  2. On the Task Variable tab, click Task Variable Manager.

    Information Note: Only the users with the Shared Resource and File Management privilege can view the entrance of Task Variable Manager.
  3. In the Task Variable Manager, define task variables and manage them.

    1. You can add a new task group to classify your task variables. Or select Add Task Variable in the drop-down list of an existing task variable group to add a task variable under this group.

    2. In the Add Task Variable dialog, define the task variable, such as name, type, and default value.

    3. Click OK.
