Edit Intent Dashboard

 You can modify the Intent Dashboard in Edit mode by selecting the option located under the menu at the top right corner of the dashboard window:

1. Add a Chart
2. Edit Chart
   
3. Edit Filter
4. Edit Drill Down Report
5. Manage Input
6. Edit Dashboard Template

Add a Chart

To add a new chart under the Intent Group:

1. Click on +Add Chart at the right of the selected Intent Group.
2. Select the desired type of chart to be added from the drop-down list.



3. The selected chart will appear under the intent group.

You can further customize the display of the Chart and its data (as detailed in sections Edit Chart, Edit Filter and Edit Drill Down Report). By default, three types of charts are available to display the data for the selected intent:

1. Summary
2. Device Information
3. Intent Result History

Summary:

The summary chart is a metric chart with two types: Intent Summary and Intent Device Summary. To view the data on summary chart as per your use case:

1. Select the summary chart.
2. Go to Chart Data pane on the right side of the window and select a summary type.
3. Check-in the selection boxes of the data you wish to view on the summary chart.

Note: You cannot select data across different summary types. When selecting an option from Intent Summary, the Intent Device Summary and its check boxes will be disabled

Device Information:

The Device Information is generally represented using Pie/Column/Bar chart with the following data:

1. Device Type
2. Device Vendor
3. Device Model
4. Site

In the chart data setting area, check-in the information data you wish to view on the chart. Device Type will be selected by default.

Intent Result History

Select the Intent Result History chart in the Dashboard, and its corresponding view options appear in the chart data setting area. There are two options: the Historical Result and the Last Result.

Historical Result will fetch all intent results within the time range specified in the input setting of the intent group. The default configurations are:

The Last Result will retrieve the last execution result of each intent within the time range. The configurations in Last Result are:

You can modify the settings under Edit Data depending on the requirement. When you make adjustments, the chart on the left will also change accordingly.
