Auto Link

The Auto Link function automatically draws links between devices or sites on a map. For example, when you draw devices on a map, the links between the connected devices are automatically drawn based on IPv4 Layer 3 topology by default. You can change the default topology type as described in the Customize Auto Link Options topic.

To change the topology type for the auto links on your Map:

1. Right-click the blank area on the Map and select Auto Link.
2. Select one topology type among all available options.
   
   

   Tip: To draw a link between a site and a device, or between a site and an MPLS cloud, extend the neighbors. For more information, see Extend Neighbors.
