In addition to proactively releasing editing rights of a map or dashboard, you can also transfer the editing rights to a specific user in your domain.
1.On the target map, click Map > Editing Rights on the map toolbar.
2.Click Transfer Editing Rights on the prompted tip box.
3.Specify the user who will get the editing rights.
1)Enter the keyword of the username in the Transfer to field. All matched user accounts (including the username or email address) in the current domain are populated in the drop-down list.
Tip: If you are transfer the editing rights of a site map, only the users with the Site Management privilege are listed.
2)Select the target user from the drop-down list.
4.Enter a note in the text box to share comments with the user if required.
5.Click Transfer. You become a viewer of the map.
The selected user will receive a system notification in the message box and an email in the mailbox (if the email server is configured).
Note: You cannot transfer the editing rights of a site map or system device group map to an offline user.
