By default, all users having the access privilege of a tenant can create domains under it. You can disable the privilege of creating domains for a user through the following steps:

1.Log into Tenant Management page. The User Authorization tab is displayed by default, and system users who can access the tenant are listed in the table.

2.On the User Authorization tab, select or deselect the check box under the Allowed to create domain column for the target user.
