The following ways are available for user registration:

▪End user signs up on the end user login page and activates the user account after system administrator approves. See Signing Up and Approving Register Applications for more details.

▪System administrator manually creates user accounts in the System Management page. See Creating User Accounts for more details.

▪System administrator imports authenticated users from external user management servers (LDAP, AD, TACACS+, and SSO) in the System Management page. See External Authentication for more details.

User Privileges

The privileges of end users are managed by each level of admin as follows.

▪The system administrator has the admin rights of all tenants and all domains in the system.

▪The tenant administrator has the admin rights of all domains under one tenant.

▪The domain administrator has the rights to edit the domain information on the Start Page and select domain page, delete the domain, force online users in the domain to log out.
