Run Cisco Support Assessment Qapps

The following Cisco support information is collected and attached to the supported Cisco devices and modules in NetBrain:

Cisco Coverage Summary

  1. Double-click a Cisco device to open the Device Details pane.
  2. Select the Data Tables tab> NCT tab
  3. Select Cisco Coverage Summary from the drop-down.

NetBrain includes the following information in the Cisco Coverage Summary NCT table.
  • Module Name
  • Module Type
  • Serial Number
  • Service Contract Number
  • Is Covered
  • Service Line Description
  • Covered Product Line End Date
  • Warranty End Date
  • Warranty Type
  • Warranty Type Description

Cisco EoX HW

  1. Double-click a Cisco device to open the Device Details pane.
  2. Select the Data Tables tab> NCT tab
  3. Select Cisco EoX HW  from the drop-down.
NetBrain includes the following information in the Cisco EoX HW NCT table.
  • Module Name

  • Serial Number

  • PID Description

  1. Double-click a Cisco device to open the Device Details pane.
  2. Select the Data Tables tab> NCT tab
  3. Select Cisco Software Suggestions from the drop-down.
