Run Cisco Support Assessment Qapps
The following Cisco support information is collected and attached to the supported Cisco devices and modules in NetBrain:
- Cisco coverage information
- Cisco EoX information
- Cisco software suggestion information
- Cisco opening cases with their associated bugs and RMAs
Cisco Coverage Summary
- Double-click a Cisco device to open the Device Details pane.
- Select the Data Tables tab> NCT tab
- Select Cisco Coverage Summary from the drop-down.
NetBrain includes the following information in the Cisco Coverage Summary NCT table.
- Module Name
- Module Type
- Serial Number
- Service Contract Number
- Is Covered
- Service Line Description
- Covered Product Line End Date
- Warranty End Date

Cisco EoX HW
- Double-click a Cisco device to open the Device Details pane.
- Select the Data Tables tab> NCT tab
- Select Cisco EoX HW from the drop-down.
