Login and Get Token Failed

Error Code: AUTH-002-001

Description

If no device can be found after discovery, review the Device Log and find the message such as "login and get token failed", then follow the instructions below.

Troubleshoot

1. Normally the root cause for this error is that the API secret configured in NetBrain is expired. Create a new one from the customer’s Azure portal and update it into NetBrain API Server.
   
   

2. Create a new client secrete for the specific client which can be identified by client ID.
     
   
3. After updating the client secret in NetBrain API Server, click Test to confirm whether the issue has been fixed.
   

4. Collect Data

• Python Error & Debug Logs: Copy the python error logs from worker server and front server. Make sure the timestamp of logs is within the issue happened. (Enable the python log print before collecting logs.)

• API Raw Data: Only collect it upon the Dev Team’s request and the customer’s approval. For more information, contact NetBrain support.
