Visualize the ServiceNow Data with DVT
Use Case
NetBrain has created an integration compatible with NetBrain release 10.1 (and newer) that enables a NetBrain administrator to overlay each ServiceNow active Incident and Change Request ticket to NetBrain dynamic maps based on the device. Network engineers can check potential affective incidents and changes during the troubleshooting process, for Change Management purposes, and for documentation purposes.
The hyperlink of each ticket is available for users to quickly navigate to the ServiceNow ticket instance.

Note: By using this Integration solution, NetBrain requests the PRTG device hostname and NetBrain device hostname are the same. |
