Shared Automation Library

Note: This feature is supported in the patch 12.1.0.3. Ensure your system is upgraded to this patch version to use this feature. |
The new Shared Automation Library is designed specifically for MSP users to create and share automation libraries across multiple domains. This enables better reuse, standardization, and centralized management of automation assets. With the introduction of this feature, users do not have to manually export and import the resources into each target domain to use automation resources across domains.
Shared Automation Library
Shared Automaton Library is added at domain level to manage and publish shared automation resources. In the Shared Automation Library, users can share resources across domains, as well as view assets and task history. The “Shared Automation Library” interface consists of a main pane for managing created libraries, and a collapsible right pane used to display logs and automation assets in a library, publish libraries, and uninstall automation assets.
The created libraries are added to the main pane. The meanings of the columns are given below:
- Library Name: name of the library.
- Share to Profile: The profile that the library will be shared to is shown in this column. Clicking the profile link will display the domains in this profile.
- Associated Assets: The total number of assets in this library.
- Executor: The users who published the library or uninstalled the library.
- Execution Time: The time when the operation is performed.
- Last Status: This field indicates whether the library is published and the results of the publish/uninstall action.
