Runbook Template Profile

Runbook Template (RBT) profiles enable you to organize, manage, and filter published runbook templates. They help separate the template creation process from the publishing workflow, allowing for more structured and controlled template management. Using the Runbook Template Profile Manager, you can:

1. View and browse existing RBT profiles.
2. Create new RBT profiles.
3. Manage the association between published templates and their corresponding profiles.

   

4. Add Runbook Templates to Profile:

   All runbook templates can be added to one or more profiles. When you add an unpublished template to a profile, it is automatically published as part of the process.

   Note: A folder can contain both profiles and sub-folders. However, profiles cannot contain other profiles.
