Manage Automation

You can enable and manage automation in NetBrain Insight.

  • All types of automation are added and enabled by default, except ADT intent.
  • Each automation can only be assigned to one single setting, and be managed within the setting.
  • All automations are initially assigned to the default settings.
    • The category is General and the Enable Live Execution for Triggered Automation option is disabled.
      • The category can organize the automations on the Automation Insight tab.
      • The Enable Live Execution for Triggered Automation option is for TAF with AI Insight to execute automation with live data.
      • The Enable Time-to-Live option enables users to specify a duration for automation results. If the latest result is older than the duration, the automation will be executed again, and the new execution results will be used in Insight. For example, if the duration is set to 4 hours, the automation will be executed again once the latest result becomes older than 4 hours.
Information Note: This feature is supported starting from patch 12.1.0.3. Ensure your system is upgraded to use it.
    • The default settings can be modified.
  • You can disable the automations within a setting as needed.
  • You can add a new setting to group the enabled golden intents and define their shared setting. When the golden intent is added to another setting, it will be removed from the original one.
