Comparison Results
When comparing datasets, the system categorizes changes based on their presence and differences between the two selected data sources or time periods:
| Category | Description |
| Added | The data exists only in the second data source or period. |
| Modified | The data exists in both the first and the second data source or period but has changed. |
| Removed | The data exists only in the first data source or period. |
| Equal | The data exists in both the data source or period, and remain unchanged. |

Note: The direction of comparison matters. The system always uses Dataset 2 as the reference and compares Dataset 1 against it. For example:
