NetBrain AI Bot, in collaboration with Gen AI, allows users to ask questions in natural language and provides or summarizes answers in natural language for a more intuitive problem resolution.

The AI Bot uses the latest ReAct (Reason + Act) framework to orchestrate the CLI command, automation, and mapping, chaining different actions together through LLM’s reasoning, to co-pilot the complex network troubleshooting; It also can return or summarize the diagnosis results in natural language, draw automation results on maps, or display them on a dashboard to facilitate the day-to-day troubleshooting. It also allows users to schedule run automations and continuously monitor the results in an observability dashboard.

NetBrain AI bot requires zero training and does not use or store data to train the model.
