Use Prompt Node

You can leverage the prompt node to organize bot conversation flow by grouping automations.

  1. Drag and drop the prompt node to the flowchart.
  2. Double-click the node to rename it. 

Power User in Editor
End User in Chat Console

Example:  To execute the L2 General Check intent，

End User: Click Daily Check > L2 General Check
