Manage Chatbot

Click the start menu  and select Intent-Based Automation > Chatbot Manager.

You can manage bots in the Chatbot Manager.

View Mode

• Browse and view existing bot user flows
• Save as, import, or export a bot
• Delete, rename, or move the bot to different folders
• Enable/disable a bot
• Check the usage of the bot.
  
  

Edit Mode

In the Chatbot Manager, click Edit.

• Lock/unlock a bot with  to avoid unauthorized modification. 
• Control which user roles can access this bot, and whether to allow the session feature and show flowchart command in the end user chat console interface.
