Setup a Benchmark Task

Follow the steps below to setup a Benchmark Task:

1. Log in to the Domain Management page, and click Schedule Task on the Start Page.
   
   

2. Click Basic System Benchmark or another customized Benchmark task to configure the task settings.
   
   
   1. On the Time Settings tab, specify the task execution frequency.
   2. On the Batch Definition  tab, add target devices, select the target data to be retrieved, and specify CLI commands for the target device types. You can also exclude unwanted devices by clicking the Exclude Device Group area.
   3. On the Device-by-Device Definition tab, add commands to specific devices.
   4. On the Additional Operations after Benchmark tab, specify the operations, such as building topology and updating maps, after the benchmark task.
   5. (Optional) On the Plugins tab, add plugins to resolve the inaccuracy of path and topology. See Using Plugins for more details.
   6. On the Summary tab, review all the settings you have configured for this task.
3. Click Submit.
