Set Up GCP API Access

NetworkBrain System retrieves the data from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) via REST API as a Service Account or OAuth Client. To enable NetworkBrain to retrieve the GCP data, you need to:

1. Enable GCP APIs
2. Set up Service Account (Recommended)
3. Set up OAuth 2.0 Client (Alternative)
