Runbook-based Triggered Automation

The system allows triggering maps and runbooks to implement diagnosis for events generated in third-party systems, such as mapping problem devices, and executing runbooks to collect network data and troubleshoot problems when alerts are generated in the third-party systems.
 

There are three types of event-triggered diagnosis that you can use to analyze and troubleshoot the events:

• Event Template
• API Stub
• Pop-up API Stub
