Keep Old Installed Task

If incompatible Libraries are removed while publishing new Libraries, the tasks in the removed Libraries must be reserved so they can be uninstalled. The removed Libraries and the originally installed tasks are displayed in Uninstalled status. After uninstallation, their status changes to Uninstalled. These tasks cannot be installed again.
