Define Integrated IT System
The first step of integrating an IT system is to define the API call signature (or identification) from the IT system to the NetworkBrain system. An Integrated IT system describes what is the type of API calls (category) and what data is included in these API calls. In addition, the system provides a mechanism to support multi-tenant and domain deployment for MSP and other customers with the multi-tenant and domain deployment. The Integrated IT System is defined at the system management level.
- Ticket System: Integrate NetworkBrain’s PDAS with a ticket system such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy, which enables the next tickets to be diagnosed by an automation engine.
- Integration between NetworkBrain and the ticket system could be done through two methods:
- Purposely built integration Apps, such as ServiceNow App, Splunk App.
- Rest API library, such as BMC integration.
The integration with the ticket system needs only to happen once, and customization of triggered diagnosis can occur inside NetworkBrain Triggered Automation Framework (TAF) continuously.
