Add Column Group with Replicated Intent

Intents cloned via intent replication can be used to build columns in ADT. The source NIT may be NITS existing in Intent Manager or come for intent column of another ADT.  NetworkBrain supports device-based intent replication and path-based replication and both replication methods can apply to replication intents for building ADT.
