User Account Status
The following table explains each status of a user account in the system.
| Status | Description | ||
| Active | This user account is active. | ||
| Inactive | This user account is inactive because it is deactivated according to the Deactivation Settings. | ||
| Unavailable | This user account cannot be found on external servers. | ||
| Expired | This user account has run out of the specified validity period. | ||
| Locked | This user account has been automatically locked after 5 unsuccessful login attempts within 12 hours to protect user information confidentiality. The locked user accounts will automatically become available in 1 hour. To change the settings, see Automatically Lock/Unlock User Accounts.
