The system creates a built-in runbook for each map to accommodate all automation actions executed by a specific user when there is no runbook open. The built-in runbook is named with the current login username, for example, John Runbook, which means each user can have a personal runbook on each map.

A shared map can have multiple personal runbooks if multiple users use it for collaboration. Any user who works on the shared map can view, open, and modify other personal runbooks to learn and exchange knowledge.

A personal runbook can also be deleted, exported, and shared with other users. You can also save it saved as a runbook template.
