The following ways are available for user registration:

▪End user signs up on the end user login page and activates the user account after system administrator's approval. See Signing Up and Approving Register Applications for more details.

▪System administrator manually creates user accounts. See Creating User Accounts for more details.

▪System administrator imports authenticated users from external user management servers (LDAP, AD, TACACS+, and SSO). See External Authentication for more details.

User Privileges

The privileges of end users are managed by each level of admin as follows.

▪The system administrator has the admin rights of all tenants and all domains in the system.

▪The tenant administrator has the admin rights of all domains under one tenant.

▪The domain administrator has the rights to edit the domain information on the Start Page, select/delete a domain, and force online users in the domain to log out.
