1.Click the start menu and select Dashboard Widget & Template.
2.On the Widgets tab, point to the category in the left pane and click the icon to select New Widget from the drop-down menu.
3.Fill in the generic information about the widget, including name (case-insensitive) and description.
4.Select the data source for the widget.
Note: If you select this option, this widget will be categorized as a monitor widget. 1)Select Qapp. 2)Click Browse to select a Qapp file and click OK. 3)Specify the Widget Type, table or chart. a)Select the data type to be displayed in the widget. If Event data type is selected, you can skip all the following steps. b)If the widget type is a table, you can select the Display _ Row check box and specify a value to limit the maximum rows displayed in the table. The default value is 20. c)Select a data table from the Qapp file. d)Select metrics to be displayed in the widget. ▪In a table widget, the selected widgets are used as column headers. ▪In a chart widget, the selected widgets are used as the focused parameters in the vertical ordinates. e)If the widget type is a table, select a metric to sort the table. By default, the table is sorted in the ascending order, and you can click asc to change the order. |
Note: If you select this option, this widget will be categorized as a static widget. 1)Select Data Table. 2)Select a data table from the drop-down list. |
