To make users in one domain have a unified desktop with the same background, necessary applications and shortcuts, you can configure the desktop profile.
Note: This desktop setting will apply to all users in this domain.
1.Log into Domain Management page.
2.In the Domain Management page, click Operations > Desktop Profile from the quick access toolbar.
3.On the Desktop Profile tab, select the target applications that you want to display on the desktop.
4.(Optional) To add shortcuts for public files or site maps, click Add Public File or Add Site Map to select the target files.
5.(Optional) To set the background picture or background color, select the related radio button and customize your settings.
6.Click Save.
