To customize the schedule to auto-update built-in resources, do the following:

1.Log into System Management page.

2.In the System Management page, select Resource Upgrade tab.

Note: If your Update Server does not have access to the Internet, you can configure a proxy server. Click Proxy server settings at the upper-right corner, select the Use a proxy server to access the internet check box and enter the required information.

3.In the Update type field, select the option Install updates automatically and customize the update schedule based on your needs.

Tip: To manually update the new resource, you can select Check for updates and manually update.

Note: The built-in resources only refer to Device Driver, Vendor Model, and Device Type.

Tip: If the upgrade fails, click Try again to re-upgrade or click Rollback to get back to the previous version.

Note: In v7.1a, the system will check the new resource automatically.
