Define the following basic settings of a triggered diagnosis:

• Name: enter a name, such as BGP Flapping.

• Description: describes the purpose of this diagnosis.

• Type: Click > select Network Intent or Network Intent Cluster>  Click > Select an NI/NIC in the pop-up window

Tip:In most cases, you should choose NIC unless the Incident Type is specific for certain devices.

• Enable Triggered Diagnosis: check this box to automatically run the NI/NIC if the triggered condition is satisfied.

• Enable Self-service: check this box to display the NI/NIC  in the Incident Pane for the end-user can manually run it (self-service).
                                      Click the Self-service Settings to configure the self-service.
