1.Open a map and create an incident by clicking the icon.

Note: If the map has associated an incident, clicking the icon will directly enter the collaboration session. Alternatively, you can create a new incident from the icon.

2.Define the incident's basic information, such as title (subject), brief description, and location.

3.Click Save.

Incidents can be triggered by API Stub and Event Template.

Incidents can be triggered by Incident Type.

Create an Incident from Change Management Module

If you select the Auto Create an Incident check box when creating a network change task, an incident will be created after clicking OK.

Create an Incident from Smart CLI

When accessing a device through Smart CLI, network engineers can associate the device connection with an incident to start a collaboration session.

Note: The map and runbook of an incident will be created automatically, then you can send data to the runbook or draw a note on the map directly.
