Only users with the Function Portal Management privilege can define function portals and publish the portals to end users. Complete the following steps to define a function portal.
1.Click the start menu and select Function Portal Manager.
2.In the Function Portal Manager page, click Add Function Portal.
3.Complete the following settings to define the function portal.
1)On the Basic Settings tab, specify the basic information.
a.Enter a portal name and make a brief description, then select the contents to share.
b.Select the Set Access Code check box to to set an access code for users who do not have IE or portal user accounts to log into the function portal.
2)On the Content Settings tab, select the corresponding content in the corresponding blocks. You can also set label to categorize or identify the content.
Note: For Application Path setting, you can select which cached path to share and whether the shared path allows live calculation.
3)On the Data View Settings tab, the All Data Views check box is selected by default. You can also select the specified data views.
4)On the Other Settings tab, you can keep the default settings, or see Other Settings to customize your settings.
4.Click Save. The Notification pops up and select Copy Invitation Information to share the portal information with others via email or instant messaging tools.
