OUI Information

 The first 24-bit number of a MAC address is the OUI (organizationally unique identifier) that uniquely identifies a vendor. The system uses the OUI information to identify the vendors of MAC addresses displayed in an ARP table or MAC table.

Managing OUI Information

  1. Log in to the Tenant Management page.
  2. On the Tenant Management page, click and select Misc Configuration. The OUI Information is displayed on the Misc Configuration tab.
  3. Perform the following operations based on your needs.

Adding an OUI entry

  1. Click Add.
  2. In the Add OUI Information dialog, enter the MAC prefix and vendor name and click OK.
    This entry is added to the OUI Information list.

Importing OUI information

  1. Prepare a .csv file in your local folder. For example:
  2. Click Import at the upper-left corner of the OUI Information tab, and select the .csv file.
    The OUI data in the file is imported into the OUI Information list.

Exporting OUI information

Click Export to export the OUI information.

Information Tip: The default location of the exported file is C:\Users\<your username>\Downloads.
