Lock/Unlock ADT
To avoid mis-operations on the ADT data, ADT can be locked/unlocked by its creator or other users with corresponding privilege.
For each ADT table, the creator of ADT can turn on the Locking function and set a locking mode (With Password/Without Password). A locked ADT is in View-Only mode and can be edited after entering the password. Lock annotation can be added to provide detailed lock information.
