Export Map to Word Document

Follow the steps below to export a map to Word:

1. On a map, click Map > Export > Word from the map toolbar.
2. In the Export to Word dialog, enter a document name and select a location for storing the word file.
   
   

In this dialog box, you can also:

• Select the map pages to be exported by selecting the checkbox of the pages.
• Filter map devices whose data will be exported to Word document. Click the icon to display the Select Devices dialog, select a device from the left pane, then click the icon to add this device. 
  
  
• Select a data view for the map to be exported.

3. Click Export.
   

   Tip: Click Advanced Settings to customize the Word template (such as logo, author, and company name) and the contents of the document. See Settings for Exporting a Map for more details.

4. To find the exported document, click Files on the Taskbar and locate the folder where you save the document.
