Built-in Commands for Chatbot

Users can enter these built-in commands to interact with a chatbot.

Wake up the chatbot

logout

Quit the chat session and log out

show flowchart

View the bot diagnostic flowchart

	Note: Only available when the bot owner enables this option.

show incident link

Get the incident link generated by the intent

	Note: To have an incident generated, the intent itself must be enabled for Incident.

restart

Restart the chat from the start

	Tip: Restarting the chat will NOT clear the session history.
