Save a Map
An asterisk (*) next to a map name indicates that there are unsaved changes.
Follow the steps to save a map:

On the Map toolbar, select the
icon (you can also press Ctrl+S).
- If you do not have editing rights for the map, do one of the following:
- When prompted, select Yes to save the map as a new copy.
- Alternatively, select Map > Save As to save a new map.
Note: Some elements, such as data views and runbooks, may not be saved in the new map.Your information text here.
- Select a folder and enter a name for the map. Maps saved in Private or Desktop are visible only to you. To make a map available to all users, save it under Public.

Select OK.
The map is now saved and appears in the Files pane.
