Run a Qapp
You can run a Qapp either on-demand or schedule it using the scheduler.
Example: Running the built-in Monitor CPU and MEM Qapp from a map.
- On a map, select Run Qapp from the right-click menu.
-
In the Select Qapp dialog, select the Monitor CPU and MEM Qapp, and click OK.
-
Configure the following settings:
- Target Device: Click the device link to customize target devices. By default, all devices on the current map are auto-populated.
- Data Source: Click the Data Source field to select Pull Live data regularly and define the frequency.
- Inputs: Customize input parameters, threshold values for key variables.
-
Alert Settings: Click the
icon to configure the alert sharing settings.
-
Click Run. The execution process may take a few minutes. You can monitor its status in real time and stop the Qapp at any point during execution.
Once the Qapp is executed, view the data overlay on the map and check the detailed results in the Output Console.
