Manage Intent Dashboard

Intent dashboards will be managed along with universal dashboards in the Dashboard Manager. The icons of the dashboard will differentiate between universal dashboards and intent dashboards.

• To manage a dashboard, select an intent dashboard and click to select one of the following options:
  




• Open: Select to display the intent dashboard.
• Save As: Use this option to create a new intent dashboard with the same content as the selected intent dashboard.
• Rename: Use this option to modify the name of the intent dashboard.
• Move To: Choose the option to move the selected intent dashboard to other folder.
• Delete: Click Delete to delete the selected intent dashboard.

• To manage any selected folder, select a folder and click to select one of the following option:

  
  

• New Folder: Select to create a sub folder under the selected folder.
• New Universal Dashboard : Use this option to create a new universal dashboard under the selected folder.
• New Intent Dashboard : Use this option to create a new Intent dashboard under the selected folder.
  
• Rename: Use this option to modify the name of the selected folder.
• Delete: Click Delete to delete the selected folder.
• Import: To import a dashboard into this folder.
